1. Definitions

“We,” “us,” “our” – refers to Josh Hair and Beauty.
“You,” “your” – refers to the customer, client, or user.
“Site” – means our website, www.joshhairandbeauty.com.
“Services” – refers to both our salon treatments and online product sales.

2. Appointments and Salon Services

a. Booking

Appointments can be made via our website, phone, email, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings to secure your slot.
We reserve the right to decline appointments at our discretion.

b. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to retain your deposit.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled and may still be charged.

c. Client Responsibility

Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that could impact services.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if contraindications exist.

d. Results & Aftercare

We do not guarantee results unless aftercare instructions are followed.
No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or lack of maintenance.

3. Product Sales (Online & In-Salon)

a. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
We reserve the right to update product details and availability at any time.

b. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

c. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier service and location.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

d. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, bundles, and haircare products can only be returned if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

4. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes are limited-time offers and subject to availability.
Only one discount code can be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or used retrospectively on previous purchases.

5. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase.
They can be redeemed for services or products unless otherwise stated.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, images, videos, product descriptions, and brand names — is the property of Josh Hair and Beauty or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You must not:

Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content for commercial use without express written permission.
Use our trademarks or branding in a misleading way.

7. Website Usage

a. Access and Availability

We aim to keep our website operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or change the site without notice.

b. User Conduct

You agree not to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josh Hair and Beauty shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages
Adverse reactions or results from services or products unless caused by proven negligence
Loss of earnings or appointments due to late arrivals or cancellations
Damage caused by improper product use or failure to follow aftercare

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any scalp or skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues before treatments.
We maintain the highest hygiene and sanitisation standards and reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

10. Children’s Services

We offer services to children under 16 only with parental consent. The parent/guardian must be present during the appointment

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
