Cancellation
Due to the demand for our services and the critical loss of income to our stylists if we do not enforce this policy, you must cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time or you will be charged your service’s base price.
Refunds
While we don't refund services, we strive to address any concerns within two weeks of your original service to ensure your satisfaction. We aim for you to adore your new look.
Punctuality
A 15-minute grace period is granted to clients. While we aim to accommodate everyone, stylists may reschedule clients arriving 15 minutes or later after the scheduled appointment. This ensures punctuality for subsequent appointments.
